Setting up traditional rewards, incentives or referral programs or prize competitions can often take weeks, months or even more. With Unified Incentives, our self-service platforms make it easy to get up and running in just days.

Privacy For End Users

All of our products have a strong focus on privacy for your customers. End users do not need to create an account or register. They do not need to provide their postal address or any other personal details. In most cases just an email address is all that is needed, and in some instances users can receive their rewards without ever having to provide an email.


When you utilise RewardsWallet or Easy Benefits, our powerful and simplified e-gift platform GiftPay is already built-in. We take care of the fulfilment via GiftPay and you can relax!

About Us

Unified Incentives was founded in 2012, with offices in Sydney Australia and Taipei Taiwan. Our flagship service GiftPay was initially developed as a solution to simplify the redemption process for rewards programs. As GiftPay enjoyed rapid growth, the range of services was expanded in response to industry feedback and client requests.

Today, Unified Incentives has thousands of clients in a wide range of industries, serving a variety of client needs including rewards redemption, sales promotions, employee rewards and recognition, and much more.

Colin has over 25 years of experience in building Australian software companies. He was a Director of Citect Corporation for 20 years with responsibility for software engineering and international business development. Citect was one of the first Australian software companies to successfully list on the ASX.

Bob Cheng CEO

Bob founded an online marketing firm in 1999, a company ranked twice in the prestigious BRW fast 100. Bob was also recognised as a finalist in Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur Of The Year awards. In 2012 Bob founded Unified Incentives, continuing to innovate and create value for both corporate customers and consumers alike.

Toby Willis CTO

As Technical Director at Unified Incentives, Toby is responsible for overall product development, design and IT. Toby's years of experience in design and development have been a key driver in the success of GiftPay.

Simon Uzcilas Director

Simon has over 20 years of experience of investing in private growth companies and is a director of Four Hats Capital. He has been on the boards of many private companies and has personally bought, built and sold a specialist food manufacturing business. Simon is on the investment committee of ANU Connect Ventures and is a member of EO Sydney.
